No. It describes the monthly average conditions during 1991–2020 and cannot tell you the weather on a particular travel date.
A single WMO station is used only when all four monthly fields are complete and its distance and elevation fit the city. Otherwise the tool uses the city’s NASA POWER grid cell without mixing sources.
It is the long-term average total for that calendar month. NASA POWER daily-rate values are converted with the actual average number of days in each month during 1991–2020.
